Worst ever online platform I have ever used. They will take you the money in advance during your order but when it comes to deliver the product they are super lazy and irresponsible. Also their service is super super bad once you have a return, you have to be available all day, morning to night, there's no scheduled time. And for one item to return, I had to wait for almost a month. I already uninstall the app and will never recommend it to anyone.

Very creepy customer service. Customer service agent refused to tell his/her name and failed to introduce himself/herself properly. I just want to ask about the authenticity of their products but our conversation turned out badly. I do not recommend this shop and app. for security purposes. I also immediately cancelled my order and deleted my account. Customer service failed to reassure and secure a new customer.

Terrible customer service and inaccurate tracking! Extremely disappointed with Joybuy. The delivery tracking is completely inaccurate, and the customer service is a total waste of time. They just give repetitive, robotic responses and never solve any real problems. Delayed delivery with zero helpful support. If you value your time and money, stay away!
