The game is fun and interesting at first, especially if you enjoy merge games. However, after a few levels, progress becomes almost impossible without spending real money on energy and items. Energy runs out very quickly, rewards are too small, and purchases do not offer enough value. I hope the developers improve the balance, because otherwise the game becomes boring and frustrating.

I originally left a one star review because I didn't like a couple things, but I kept playing so that wasn't really fair was it. FF to recently I've been having problems where the watching ads doesn't give the items promised. while the problem isn't fixed, customer support has been very attentive and provided that which had been lost. That's actually really impressive in my experience. so they get 5stars for their customer support. The other problems remain, but that's my problem, innit?

I have REALLY enjoyed this game for years, lately I'm starting to get very exhausted with it. A major problem I have experienced is there is a large imbalance with the energy it takes to complete orders and the money reward you get for the order. An order will reward $24k but it will take 300+ energy to complete it. Then to improve the town, it will cost $200k so it takes a long time to progress. Update: Clicked through 20 pop-ups before even getting to play. UGH.
