Loved the game at first. Until i didnt. Played well into the 300th level and purchased many coin packs. Had over 3 mill in coins, with absolutely no way to save progress, as the "save progress" button does not work. A glitch happened and i had to reinstall the game. It put me back to the start. All levels gone, all purchased packs gone. All over 3 mill coins gone. Spent 3 days trying to reach support. No answers. Ever. Even though it says "Support is known to answer within 15 minutes.

well I gave 5 stars in the 1st review now I give it a 1. cannot get a hold of customer support. 2 of the events in the game are froze up. I've cleared cache & closed app. I have uninstalled then reinstalled twice. and cannot get a response back from anyone. what was an awesome game is not so much anymore. time to find a new one.

this app suck I played for four hours and it took me back to the beginning after getting to level 97 not fair nothing works can't get support the phone number is not working and tried to save my progress it would not let me. I had so much fun playing for hours to loose everything. took a break for a few hours now everything just gone.
