Just horrible. This app is basically useless now. Logging in is a nightmare. It does not show any new releases, just get an error page. Can't enter the reservation and some product pages won't load. Then, you can't do nothing on their website for new releases because you can only use the app for that.....an app that does NOT work. Time to use a different retailer I guess.

Back again with an updated review. This app is still the worst. Made me change my password, sent the wrong link to do so, won't accept my payment methods, won't allow me to enter raffles. Customer service is no help with the language barrier and after being on the phone with him, I was told to give 24 to 72hrs for the system to catch up. Catch up to what exactly? My account info that I've had since they started FLX? It's just horrible and gets worse with every update.

Non-fuctional app. Called an agent and they went silent for 3 minutes and hung up, tried to reset my password and it sent me an incorrect link, and the raffle for shoes does not work. I Put my name in for the new Air Jordan 40, size 13.5, and never got any notification for winning or losing, and it did not show up in my account, I had to call support to see if I won or lost. What's odd is I come to find out that the AJ 40 does not sell in size 13.5, so why is it shown available on the app?
