Terrible game, the devs are now shutting everything. There's no real way to gain the bonus currency which is a requirement for upgrading parts of the hotel. Without upgrading there is NO chance to get through the level even with perfect execution. The ads are often forced go into play store ads which are forbidden by Google per policy. So you can't close the ad, the store is loading and you can't go back into the game. It will restart and you don't get anything. Don't waste our time!

Just don't bother, without much effort I got to a point at like level 30 were I either have to pay to progress or wait until there is some way to make more coins for free. Coupled with the free track of the season pass requiring you to watch ads to get anything it's just a complete waste of time.

Hello! If you completed the level perfectly, upgrade the hotel using the catalog recommendations. You can earn diamonds through daily logins, ads, inviting friends, competitions, mini-games, and tasks in the Bank menu.

It's an alright game, the pop ups are annoying. Just let me play the game. I'm fine with ads, but so many things just appear on the screen while you're trying to play the game or move onto another level. It's annoying. It's nothing like the adverts have shown, but I know that's a running theme with newer games, I think the main issue are the pop ups, it makes me want to uninstall the game and never look back, just irritating.
