Entirely unsuitable to play music with. Stops playing songs whether online or offline, even if file was downloaded. Randomly deletes both Prime and actually bought music files from device. Does not automatically update and download preordered albums. Incredibly slow and overloaded with unnecessary Amazon advertising. If you have to click No on getting an unlimited subscription every single time you open the app it won't make you want it more of you already said No more than 100 times! 0 stars

It cannot do the one fundamental thing a music player app needs to be able to -- reliably play back music without stopping. If the app is playing, and you put the phone down and just want to listen - it will eventually just pause/stop. Going back into the app sometimes makes it restart by itself, sometimes you need to hit play again. Seriously - this is the most infuriating app I have ever dealt with. And yes, I have tried every battery optimisation setting in Android. Nothing helps.

not a fraction of what it used to be. I had paid prime, you used to be able to listen commercial free, almost all songs, then commercials started ,you can't skip without commercials, no repeat. 'Likes' list is only randomized, same pattern, full of commercials. I cancelled prime, only difference is a couple more commercials.
